Today is the 28th of October 2021. To many it may seem like just a random day with no big history what so ever but how would you feel if I told you that today marked some great events in history.. I did a little research on the date and I was beyond amazed at what I discovered. It was hard to pick out just these three events to talk about but I guarantee you that you would learn a thing or two from them. She smiled with quiet determination, The journey was tough but so was she... She was a tough soul and despite the dangers that lie ahead of her,she chose not to flee. The journey was not just for her, oh no it was much more than that. For you see,her child had been taken forcefully from her and she refused to go down without a fight. Any woman who is willing to risk her life for that of her child i call her a hero because she'd rather die for one than stay with the pain and sorrow. She got there and behold her child was seen trembling from cold and fear.  She picked him up and turned around to go, the child saw a wounded face and swollen eyes,what the mother has gone through he will never know. The definition of a woman is not seen when she stands,yes beauty and brains may stand by her side but her true strength is seen when she has to choose, should she fight for something she loves or should she just ignore the fight and simply just loose.

Chapter 2     "Chris, Chris... don't… don't do this...nooo" . I woke up sweating and my heart was beating faster than usual. Why? Why had I seen her in my dream and why did she try to stop me? After that I stood over the sink to wash my hands and it was during this brief moment that I got a quick glance at the mirror in front of me and I nearly cried at the sight. My eyes had eye bags under them and I don't mean the type you get after missing one night rest, oh no.. these were bigger than that and they came as a result of insomnia and stress, slightly above my cheek was a black spot that I had gotten from my father while I was trying to defend myself,my eyeballs were white, a little too white. I always had this impression that life had it's moments and quite frankly I had given up on finding my moment but for some funny reason, that was when life tapped me at the back and handed it over to me but I didn't even realize it. Proposed Idea LOUD IT is a monologue competition series broadcast on YouTube. It aims to find new talent contested by poets, spoken word artist and actors who shall deliver and perform monologues in form of spoken word. The finalist shall be drawn from public audition.
