CONFESSIONS OF THE GUILTY

When a person is guilty, he must confess the sin. So change the way you think and act, and turn to God to have your sins removed.  Leviticus 5:5 and Acts 3:19.

The entire Nigerian system is failing. Listen! Whatever you sow, you shall reap. If you do not reap it now, it will visit your children to the fourth generation and surely they will reap it. This is not a curse, it is a fact. We must all come out and confess, restitute all our evils and change our ways, if we desire anything different.

The Federal Executive Council, the Legislators and the Judiciary council have been planning devoid of any corrective information from the past or any sustainable procedure for the future. I doubt our competence and our capability to transform the Nation. We keep doing the usual old things and expect an extraordinary new thing, Impossible! Leadership of revenge, favoritism, enrichment, injustice, etc. we all need a confession, every one of us.

We need to change the way we think and act. Leadership is dynamic, if you cannot lead yourself; you have no business leading others. Leadership starts from the mind; it starts from within. What is your passion, your imagination? Are you ready to help your people succeed? Are you honest, whole and sound? Are you a leader of integrity? Do you know the right place to seek answers?

For years we have always ran to our colonizers for support and answers, but we fail to realize that a father is not someone you can lean on but someone who rids of the tendency to lean. We struggle to be a great nation, whereas being a nation is great enough. The truth is we have within us the answer to every question we propose – if only we knew how to look for it. We say our destiny is cursed because we were born as Nigerians. My fellow Nigerians that is not destiny that is fate; Destiny is how you make of it.
