Proverbs 19:18, "Correct your children before its too late; if you don't punish them, you are destroying them"

Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.

Punishments are the best tools for correction, but my country is a place where people do evil and evade punishment. What values are we teaching our children?
